Banana Roll Oaties


Bila weekend, ada masa aku malas. Ada masa pulak aku rajin sikit, dan ada masa aku terlebih rajin.

Kalau aku terlebih rajin, mula laa gigih nak cuba resepi2 baru yang belum pernah aku cuba.
So try laa buat Banana Roll ni. Yang bestnya, makan satu roll pun dah kenyang. So sesuai sangat untuk orang yang tengah diet macam aku. Bahan2 pun simple je.

Tempoh penyediaan : 10 - 15 minit
Kos : RM8 for 4 roll

Bahan2 :

Wholemeal Bread
Telur sebiji
Oat atau Nestum
Butter
Pisang


Cara persediaan :

1. Spread a lil bit butter on the bread. Cut the banana to become 2.


2. Roll the bread to cover the banana


3. Pukul telur dahulu sebelum basahkan roti yang digulung tadi dengan tujuan untuk bagi roti tu melekat.


4. Salutkan roti dengan oat atau nestum (ikut suka).


5. Last step, gorengkan roti dengan minyak. Jangan terlalu sedikit supaya roti tak melekat pada kuali, dan jangan terlalu banyak sebab kita nak buat breakfast yang healthy style.


Then, boleh hidang dan boleh makan. Selamat mencuba!
